- Stanley Tilmon Vannoy, 78, of 516 Connecticut Ave., St. Cloud, died April 18. Born in Tazewell, Tenn., he moved to St. Cloud in 1981. He was a manager for a tobacco warehouse. Survivors include his daughter, Linda V. Coffey, Tazewell, Tenn.; sisters, Dorris Wells, Knoxville, Tenn., Florence Overton, Fort Sumner, N.M.; fiancee, Opal Lee Cox, Tazewell, Tenn.; and two granddaughters. Services were held in Tazewell, Tenn., with interment in Fairview Cemetery. Fisk Funeral Home, St. Cloud, was in charge of local arrangements.
