Elroy H. Jandrey, age 75, of 308 Market St., Potter, died Friday, March 5, 1993, at the Calumet Medical Center, Chilton, after a lingering illness.
Funeral services were held on Monday, March 8, 1993, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion, with Rev, Bruce Becker officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
He was born Oct. 7, 1917, in Reedsville, son of the late Herman and Martha (Behnke) Jandrey. He married Alice Zemer on Sept. 19, 1942 in Morrison.
He farmed in the town of Rantoul until his retirement. For the past 20 years he lived in Potter. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion.
Survivors include his wife, Alice; one son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Suzanne Jandrey, Brillion; three grandchildren, Terry, Jeff and Carrie Jandrey; three sisters and brother-in-law, Bernice and Harold Schultz, Wayside. Arlene and Eugene Keller, Sheboygan Falls, Imella and Harold Steinbach, Menasha; one brother and two sisters-in-law, Victor and Rosemary Jandrey, Collins; Joyce Jandrey, Collins; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Norbert and Ruth Zemer, Reedsville. He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Selma; a brother Harold; a sister-in-law Vivian Jandrey, his step-mother, Ann Jandrey, and a step-sister Alvira Koerth.
