Denton Jaye LittleEDGEMOOR - Denton Jaye Little, 59, of Edgemoor, S.C., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014. Born March 29, 1954, in York, S.C., he was the son of the late Perry Little and Violet Bridges Imes. Denton worked with the Austin Company for 25 years and was a gifted carpenter. Outside of work, he enjoyed motorcycles, football, Nascar, fishing and working in his garden. Denton is survived by his loving companion of 20 years, Tammy Lane; sister, Tracy Cowen and husband, Dan of Florida; daughter, Micki Little and fianc , Doug Laney of Rock Hill; nieces, Lin Little and her partner, Roxanne Sheets and Lori Little; grandsons, Cody Oliver and Brian Rainey; and granddaughter, Tammy Sue Rainey. Besides his parents, Denton was preceded in death by his brother, Gardell Little. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at McLean Funeral Directors, Mahaffey Chapel, 201 N. Catawba Street, Lancaster, SC 29720.
