Services for MRS. ELSIE WAFFUL DELAPP, 63, of 813 W. Manlius st., East Syracuse, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Cline Funeral Home, East Syracuse, the Rev. Frederick Bulman officiating. Mrs. DeLapp, a native of Orwell, had lived 35 years in East Syracuse. She died at her home yesterday after a short illness. She was a member of the East Syracuse Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Orley E. DeLapp; three sons, Howard W., Harold E. and Paul E. DeLapp; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Felt and Mrs. Edmund Wlodarski; two brothers, George and Cornelius Wafful; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Wheeler and Mrs. Cecil Wiley; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow at the funeral home.
