ALBERT BEHRENS

Albert Behrens of this city, passed away at Holy Family Hospital after a long illness. He was removed after a long illness to undergo an operation for growth on his head and died from the effects of the ordeal. He had suffered many months from his ailment.
Deceased was a native of Chicago and came to this city seven years ago. He was 38 years. He was employed by the city street department. A widow and one son, Elden, aged 56, survive. Also a sister, Mrs. Louis Graff of Chicago who has been here for several weeks during his illness. The funeral was Tuesday afternoon from the home, 2227 14th Street, with services at the Evangelical Church, Rev. H.G. Koten, officiating.

We desire to express our heartfelt gratitude to our neighbors and friends for showing us kindness and sympathy in our bereavement due to the illness and death of our beloved husband, father and brother. We sincerely thank those who donated the use of automobiles and gave flowers.
