She was a member of Holy Family Church, the Ladies of St. Ann, and the Society of the Little Flower.
Our devoted Mother, Rita loved to read and had a love for playing cards with her friends. She also loved to travel, and enjoyed attending the annual May Ball at the Knights of Columbus hall with her husband, Fernand who was a 4th degree Knight.
Both she and her husband shared a passion for fishing at Pierce Pond and going to camp.
Survivors include three sons, Richard and wife Patricia of Lewiston, Raymond of Lisbon Falls, and Robert and wife Linda of Lewiston; one daughter, Suzanne Turgeon and husband, Allan of Auburn; two brothers, Gerard Fournier and wife Anita of Auburn, and Donald Fournier of Lewiston; one sister, Jeannine Boisvert of Lewiston, and also surviving are nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Fernand in 2012.
