Berniece Story, 91, of Terre Haute, and formerly of Dugger and Sarasota, Fla., passed away at 4:40 a.m., Sunday, March 10, 2002 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
Born Oct. 5, 1910 in Sullivan County, she was the daughter of Mark and Edna (Buck) Price.
She was a charter member of the First United Methodist Church in Terre Haute.
Survivors include, one grandson, Scott Goodman of Waverly, Tenn.; one granddaughter, Holly Larson of Stafford, Va.; two sisters, Mary E. Lang of Clinton Township, Mich., and Becky Cornelius of Decatur; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Story in 1992; one daughter, Greta Story Goodman; one brother, Ernest Price; and three sisters, Clarice Smith, Sybil Tucker, and Wilma Price.
Following cremation, graveside services will be Saturday, March 16 at Dugger Cemetery with the Bro. J.B. Smith officiating.
