Della Nelms age 84 of Broken Arrow, OK, formerly of Tucker, Georgia, died October 11, 2004. Mrs. Nelms was born in Grayson County, KY, she was an active member of the Peachtree Pilot Club of Atlanta and was a long time member of Embry Hills Church of Christ and more recently member of The Broken Arrow, Church of Christ. She was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII. She was a retired school teacher of The Hillsboro County, Florida School System for many years. Burial services will be held at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Tucker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin F. Nelms and she is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Lanny and Doris Nelms, Lilburn, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Steve Copeland, Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren, Clint Nelms and Amanda Nelms, Lilburn, GA, Judson and Amanda Copeland, Edmond, OK, Steven Copeland, Broken Arrow, OK; and a wonderful group of nieces and nephews; brothers and sisters, Phillip and Sadie Landrum, Woodburn, KY, Florence McMullin, Louisville, KY, Eugene and Donna Landrum, Vandalia, IL, Betty Landrum, Louisville, KY, Louise Jernigan, Franklin, KY, Barbara and Phil Rice, Bellaire, TX.
