Nettie was first married to John William Jackson and to this union 4 children were born; William Edgar, Bessie Jane, Marion Raymon and Cora M. John died about 1899 and Nettie then married Nathan James Littleton 29 Dec 1902 in Keytesville.

Mrs. Jim Littleton, who was formerly the Widow Jackson of near Pee Dee, died of consumption Sunday night, April 5, 1908, at her home, 4 1/2 miles southeast of Keytesville. She is survived by her second husband and three children by her first husband. Her remains were laid to rest in McCurry cemetery, near Hamden, Tuesday.
