Patricia Lynch Aas, aged 84, a longtime Southold, NY resident died February 12, 2014 at San Simeon by the Sound in Greenport, NY.

She was born April 2, 1929, in New York City, to Francis and Camille (Balsamo) Lynch. Ms. Aas graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Hunter College. For 20 years, she worked as a recreation therapist and ceramicist for the New York Association for the Blind.

She married Albert Leif Aas in June 1950 at Saint Catherine of Sienna R.C. Church in New York City. According to family members, she enjoyed being a ceramicist as well as painting watercolors, gardening and cooking.

Ms. Aas was predeceased by her husband in 1998 and her daughter, Elizabeth Fenster, in 2013. She is survived by her sons, Timothy, of Woodhaven, NY and Christopher, of Sandia Park, NM, and one grandchild.

Services held at Horton-Mathie Funeral Home, Greenport, NY. A funeral service took place at St. Agnes R.C. Church in Greenport, officiated by Father Thomas P. Murray. Ms. Aas will be interred at a future date with her husband, Albert.
