She was born May 10, 1922, in Waterbury, the daughter of Ira and Agnes (Devine) Abbey.
In Northfield, she was an apartment house manager and a member of the Senior Center.
She enjoyed doing puzzle books, cooking and fishing.
Survivors include a son, Dick Abbey, of Randolph; three siblings, Leonard Abbey and Doris, both of Northfield, and Caroline, of Shelburne; and a step-grandson.
At her request, no services will be held.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Day Funeral Home in Randolph.
