Joseph, 87, of New Port Richey, died Nov. 26, 2005 at Gulfside Regional Hospice.
Born in New York City he moved here 23 years ago from Valley Stream, N.Y. He was a retired New York City Police Officer, a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Abbruzzese of New Port Richey; three sons, Michael Abbruzzese of Lynbrook, N.Y., Richard Abbruzzese of Bayside, N.Y. and Neil Abbruzzese of Oceanside, N.Y.; one daughter Karen Musicaro of Franklin Square, N.Y.; one brother, Mickey Abbruzzese of Maspeth, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren.
