HINDS, Larry Wayne age 58, of Beavercreek, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014, at the Hospice of Dayton. Larry is survived by his parents, Wayne and Christine (Southern) Hinds; his loving daughter, Christa Dawn Jackson; a very special step-daughter, Mandy Green; his sister and brother- in-law, Joyce Ann and Larry Chovancek; a special friend, Venus Miller; 6 grandchildren, Brandon, Trenton, Triston, Mayson, T.J. and Brylee; niece, Natalie Ebnet; nephew, Andrew Edward Chovancek; great nephews, Scott and Isaac Ebnet; a great niece, Isabella Chovancek. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and longtime friends. Larry was the operator of the Greene County Plumbing and Heating Company started by his father, Wayne and will be deeply missed by many of his special longtime customers. He had formerly been employed in the maintenance field at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2014, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. Pastors Larry Chovancek and Keven Wentworth officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 and from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make contributions towards a special monument to commemorate and celebrate Larry's life.
