Ryan Johnathan Wilson, 10, of North Salt Lake departed this earthly life in the early hours of February 14, 2014 at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was born on June 26, 2003 at the Salt Lake Regional Medical Center to his father Kava and his mother, Cathy Marlene Wilson. He was enrolled at Orchard Elementary School where he was a 5th grader. He loved being a student and was eager to learn new things. He enjoyed music and enjoyed learning to play the piano; he looked forward to the day of his piano lessons each week.
Ryan was a loving young man who had a smile for everyone. He adored his family. As the oldest son, he was taught to always serve his sisters and to protect them; a duty he took to heart. He delighted in church attendance with his family at the Vaiola (Samoan) Ward. He loved his friends and was willing to part with a favorite toy for their sake. He fully lived his mortal life in the short time he was accorded.
Ryan is survived by his parents Kava and Cathy of North Salt Lake; his sisters Kaylene, Susie and Cathy and his brother Kava all at home. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Akerei and Finau Leau of Auckland, New Zealand and his paternal grandfather Eddie Endemann of Savaii, Samoa. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmothers Susi Maiava and Eseta Endemann and grandfather Fetapenaai Wilson; all of Savaii, Samoa.

Interment at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
