Gary worked for the Army Corp of Engineers in Palatka Florida, Putnum County, for 17 years as an airboat operator testing the waters, & keeping them safe for waterlife, natural wildlife & people of course.

Gary said when his time was up, he wanted his ashes to be scattered in the beautiful waters of the St. Johns River he so dearly loved...
He died suddenly at his mother's home from a brain hemorage...Mom did not know of his wishes to be creamated...
Gary left behind 3 sweet children, Laura Lee, Shelly Ann, Matthew Theron and several grandchildren.
