A suit for $12,000 brought by Mrs. Flora E. Fisher against the Cudahy Packing Company and the City of Kansas City, Kan., was transferred today from the Wyandotte County district court to the federal court in Topeka. Mrs. Fisher is seeking to recover damages for the death for her husband, Ira M. Fisher, who was killed in August, 1920, while working on one of the Cudahy buildings.
