A resident here since 1933, he was born Oct. 31, 1900 in Gatesville. He was a longtime employee of the VA Medical Center retiring in 1958.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Travis Lee, of Kerrville; a step-daughter, Mrs. Doria Alexander, of Ingram; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
