Frederick (Freddie) Hardin Jr., 43, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, February 25th, 2014 at Floyd Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 9th, 1971, to Frederick and Norma Hardin. Fred was employed at Product Specialties as a machine operator. He is preceded in death by his father, Frederick H. Hardin Sr., and a brother David Lee Hardin. He is survived by his mother Norma Faye Hardin, wife, Ronda Hardin, sons, Anthony Hardin, John Hardin Jr., Dylan Hardin, Daniel Hardin, daughter, Ashley Faye Hardin, brother, John M. Hardin Sr., sisters, Tina Hardin, Tammy Keno, Lisa Draper, Karrie Aldridge, and Kathy Hardin. Fred is also survived by two granddaughters, Kaydence, and Khloey, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 27th, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Spring Valley Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28th, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
