F. Estel Denson was born on March 28, 1918 in Yowell, Texas and passed away on March 1, 2014 in the arms of loving family. He was a devoted and caring husband to his wife, Myra, for 65 years before she died in 2006. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Daryl James. The grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of his life and he is survived by granddaughters and their husbands Jina and Steve Clemons and Mandy and Craig Pickerill. Also, their children, Brycen Kettler, Hayden Kettler, Emma Kate Kettler, Cole Kettler, Grant Pickerill, Gavin Pickerill, Will Clemons, Maycie Clemons, and Sam Clemons. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the Wedding Ring Class at Tyler Street Methodist Church for many years of his life. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W. Northwest Hwy., Dallas, TX 75225. A Funeral Service will be at Northwest Bible Church, 8505 Douglas Ave., Dallas, TX 75225, at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014. The interment will immediately follow the service at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
