Alan Bruce Henderson, 54, of Henderson Ridge Road, Core, died Tuesday, June 22, 1999, at Monongalia General Hospital. He was born June 2, 1945, in Morgantown, son of the late A. O. and Doris Core Henderson. He was employed as a street service department supervisor by Hope Gas Co. He was a member of Dolls Run Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Joy "Tuffy" Brewer Henderson; a son and spouse, Mike and Dana Henderson, of Core; and a daughter and spouse, Kim and Todd Schnopp, of Fairmont. Friends may call at Dering's Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Thursday, with service at 11 A.M. Friday, June 25, with Pastor James Freeland officiating. Burial will be in Henderson Family Cemetery, Core.
