JOSEPH H. GUSTIN CALLED BY DEATH
RESIDENT OF KEYSTONE DIES
AT HOME OF DAUGHTER IN PONETO


Joseph Hyett Gustin, 67, died at 11 p.m. Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Nervia Oswalt, at Poneto, following an illness of complications. He had been in poor health the past two years.
He was born in Nottingham township on Sept. 7, 1870, a son of Allen and Joan Carol Gustin. His marriage to Izella Freel took place at Keystone on Nov. 5, 1892.
Surviving besides the widow are four daughters, Mrs. Alta Miller, of Messick, Mich.; Mrs. Myra Miller, of Bluffton; Mrs. Nervia Oswalt, of Poneto, and Mrs. Jane Harris, of Muncie, is a sister. Three brothers and two sisters are deceased.
The body will be removed from the McBride funeral home to his home in Keystone late this afternoon.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Keystone Friends church in charge of the Rev. George Carnes and the Rev. David Clark. Burial will be in the Keystone cemetery.
