Bill was born in Shamrock, TX to Richard & Lillian (Henshaw) Spinks.
Bill was the second born and he grew up around Haskell, TX.

Bill leaves behind his wife of 59 years, Iris (Sanders) Spinks.
Daughters:
1-Deborah Perona and husband John
2-Denette Eller and husband Jim
3-Kim Hatch and husband Kirt
Five grandsons, one great grandson and four great granddaughters.

Bill was a welder and worked for Phelps Dodge and other corp. He worked awhile in the country of Peru, teaching welding to the locals. When he retired they lived in Tucson, AZ.

Services will be held in Safford, AZ on December 10, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at MORRIS-DAVIDS FUNERAL HOME , 501 Relation Street. Interment will follow in the Graham County Cemetery. Entrusted to the care of SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY.
