Elise was born Aug 15th 1925 to William Charles Thomann and Beatrice Bridget Hughes in Medford Mass..there were nine siblings 2 died as infants leaving the 7. her dad was married in 1907 to his first wife and had a baby that no one in the family ever knew of Evelyn Violet ..

her fathers family was from Germany and they owned and operated a bronze and brass factory in Medford Mass
