Aytch Walters was the son of Maston Walters and Cattie Johnson, he was born in Barnesville, NC

Aytch Walters,65, of Rt.1, Shannon, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon. He was
a long time salesman with Modern Gas Company of Lumberton. Funeral services
will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Biggs Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John
Wallace and the Rev. Al Morrison in charge. Burial follows in the Garden of
Faith Cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Rozier Paul Walters of the home; a son
Weldon Walters of Shannon; a daughter, Mrs. Glenda Zyla of Manchester, N.H.;
three brothers, Early Walters of Shannon, Leo Walters of Orrum, and Joe
Walters of Lake View, S.C.; three sisters, Mrs Carmel Branch of Raleigh, Mrs.
Cleo Harrington of Fairmont and Mrs Vera Blackburn of Lumberton; four
grandchildren.
The family will be at Biggs Funeral Home Thursday from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
