Private family services were held Wednesday, July 11, 2001 in Gillette, Wyo. for former longtime Two Rivers, Wis. resident Glenn F. Blahnik, 58. He died Monday, June 9, 2001 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital, Gillette, Wyo. as a result of natural causes. Glenn Francis Blahnik was born July 11, 1942 in Two Rivers, Wis. to Francis Joseph and Patricia (Migawa) Blahnik. He was raised and educated in Two Rivers. He served in the US Marines and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. He moved to Wyoming in 1988 and lived in various places throughout the state. He is survived by three children, Glenda Linsmeier, Ward Blahnik both of Manitowoc, Wis., Jackie Blahnik, Eugene, Ore.; four grandchildren, Zachary, Autumn and Andrea Linsmeier, Kyra Blahnik, all of Manitowoc, Wis.; mother Patricia Blahnik, Two Rivers, Wis. and two brothers, Jon Blahnik, Green Bay, Wis., Rick Blahnik, Manitowoc, Wis. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother James Blahnik and paternal and maternal grandparents. Wilson funeral Home, Gillette, Wyo. is in care of arrangements.

Glenn was the son of Frank Joseph Matthew Blahnik (1917-1989) and Patricia (Migawa) Blahnik (1918-2002. He was one of four son's born to this couple.
Glen. married Ellen Grace Herdt on Jan 24, 1970 at St. Lukes Catholic Church in Manitowoc, WI. They had three children. Glenn was a Sgt in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
