Odell Mullins Wallace Deloach, age 96, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013. She spent most of her life in Dickenson County and was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, Roy Wallace and Clyde Deloach, her parents, Meek Henderson and Ollie Mullins, seventeen siblings, and sons-in-law, Glen Salyers and Gerald McFall.
Survivors Include:
Daughters: Nina(Jon) Haynes of Gig Harbor, Washington, Ivis Lavern Salyers of Liberty, Kentucky, and Glenita Gail VanNostrand of Clintwood, Virginia
Sons: Teddy(Beulah) Wallace of Haysi, Virginia, Jim(Faye) Wallace of Penbrooke, Virginia, Darrell(Yoshiko) Wallace of Columbia, South Carolina, Malvean(Shelby) Wallace of Wise, Virginia, and Roy Dean(Dottie) Wallace of Baltimore, Maryland
Stepsons: Tommy Deloach, Dennis Deloach, and Larry Deloach of Baltimore, Maryland
Several generations of many, many, many grandchildren
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with a song service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 8, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with Glen Sykes officiating. Burial will follow in the Newton Mullins Cemetery, Foxtown Section, Clintwood, Virginia.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
