Christopher Brassfield, a 21-year-old Donnelly man, was killed shortly before noon on Thursday, May 19, 2005 in a head on crash on Highway 55 at Horseshoe Bend.
Investigators said Christopher was northbound on the Highway 55 summit above Horseshoe Bend when he lost control of his 1987 Honda Prelude, crossed the centerline and crashed into a 1989 Jeep Wrangler. Chris died at the scene.

He was the son of William and Linda Brassfield. Besides his parents, he leaves behind his sister-Melanie, his grandmother and my dear friend-Jane Tilton and several loving family members and friends. He is sadly missed by all.

Christopher had a great zest for life, living it to the fullest. He was laid to rest beside his loving grandfather, who also loved nature and all that it had to offer. I have no doubt that they are at peace in Paradise, keeping the gardens radiant, reveling in their beauty.
Rest peacefully Chris, as you watch over your loved ones who hold you so dear to their hearts.
Love,
Sue

Gene Tilton, Chris' grandfather, died on August 30, 2004. It would be nice if you could also leave him flowers.

Thank you.
