Married Sidney Lee Champion Sr. on Dec. 25, 1938, in Tallahatchie Co. Together Sidney and Mary Landis had four children, Shirley Ruth, Sidney Lee Jr., Linda Jean and Larry Talmadge. When Sidney passed away in 1977 there had been many additions to his family. Shirley Ruth married Edgar H."Eddie" Steers together they had four children, Kevin, Jena, Edgar Albia and Jeffery. Sidney Lee Jr. married Dorothy Arnold and together they had 3 children Tracy, Sidney Lee III "Tojo", and Mary Melissa (born after his death). Linda Jean married Wayne Martin and together they had 3 children Cheryl, Robert "Robbie" and Richard "Ritchie". Larry Talmadge married Joyce Stevenson and together they had 3 children Larry Talmadge Jr. "Tim", Lee Stevenson "Bo", and Kimberly. Mary Landis passed away on her 88th birthday in Pineville Louisiana.
