Harlow Rockwell, 67, of Green Bay, died Saturday morning at St. Vincent Hospital, in that city following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Haucke Funeral Home, Algoma. Burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Manitowoc.
Mr. Rockwell was born Sept. 1, 1894, at Algoma, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Rockwell. He married Edna Haucke of Algoma and the couple resided at Algoma, Kewaunee and Manitowoc before moving to Green Bay about two years ago.
Mr. Rockwell was a tavern operator for many years at Kewaunee and Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Glenn and Keith of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Carol Oswald of Kewaunee and Mrs. Janice Skarvan of Green Bay; three brothers, John and Mahlon of Sturgeon Bay and Eugene of Ohio; seven sisters, Mrs. Julia Schimmel and Mrs. Ethel Haucke of Two Rivers, Mrs. Lydia Wolf, Mrs. Dora Schmiling, and Mrs. Edith Perry of Algoma, Mrs. Laura Heil of Ohio and Mrs. Viola Fischer of Sturgeon Bay and 14 grandchildren. A brother, Joseph and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Rockendorf and Mrs. Martha Shaw preceded him in death.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday a the funeral home.
