Funeral Mass for John M. Adams Sr., 83, of Wickliffe, will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Mr. Adams passed away Feb. 26, 2014, at Hospice House in Cleveland.Born Sept. 5, 1930, in Bobtown, Pa., he was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Wickliffe. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1946 to 1949.Survivors are his children, Gloria (Thomas) Millar, John (Joanne) Adams Jr., James (Elaine) Adams and Jerome Adams; grandchildren, Shawn, Melissa, Michael, Roquelle, Aaron and Marissa; and siblings, George, Steve and Tom Adams, Elizabeth Gaydos, Barbara Kolat and Dorothy Shuppe.John was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel B. (Vetalice) Adams; daughter, Julie Ann Adams; and siblings, Mary Sepski and Peter Adams.Calling hours will be from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe.
