Married James Faircloth-Seven children-John m.Lizzie McCrae,Junious Isiah m.Bertha Huggins,Marvin m.Rena Smith,Oscar m.Carrah Lee Rice, Elliott who never married,Mary Melissa m.Frank Bishop Rice and Bessie Viola who died young. She and her husband Jim Faircloth lived in the homeplace with her daughter and son-in-law Frank and Mamie Faircloth Rice. As she grew older she developed Senile Dementia and her grandchildre,including my mother,Hazel Rice McDuffie had quite a time keeping up with her.She died when Mother was 11 but I heard so many stories about her and Grandpa I feel I knew them. the home is now owned by their gr grandson who keeps it well maintained and lives there part time. I am her great-granddaughter.
