Parents, Charles Clifford Scoggins and Katie Bishop Scoggins; her husband, Ephram Horace Arp on March 15, 2007; three sisters, Mrs. Margie Knowles, Mrs. Glenda Fitzpatrick and Miss Bertie Mae Scoggins; and two brothers, Mr. Donald Scoggins and Mr. Junior Scoggins.

Survived by:
One daughter; two sons; two sisters; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Life Information:
She was a former employee of Lindale Manufacturing and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Mrs. Arp was a retired hairdresser of over 30 years and a faithful member of the Live Oak Baptist Church. She was a strong advocate of "breast cancer awareness" and was a 23 year cancer survivor. She loved gardening, canning and working in her yard. Mrs. Arp had a great love for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was affectionately known to them as Nanny and Nay Nay.
