Died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1994, at her residence in Baton Rouge. She was 81, a native of Marksville and resident of Baton Rouge. She was a graduate of LSU. Graveside services at Resthaven Gardens of Memory at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Jim Efferson. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda W. and William R. Johnson, Ashburn, Va., and Marsha W. and Kirt G. Raymond, Thibodaux; two brothers, Ashton Lafargue, Keithville, and Edwin L. Lafargue Jr., Marksville; five grandchildren, Adrienne and Laurelin Johnson, both of Ashburn, and Austin, Evan and Alyse Raymond, all of Thibodaux; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, Hooker A. Williams Jr. She was a member of Alpha Delta Sorority for 75 years. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., in charge of arrangements.
