BARBARA ANN HUTCHENS KARNS, 94, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at Woodview Health Care Center. Born Oct. 28, 1913, in Brazil, Ind., she was a graduate of South Side High School, St. Mary's Academy and Ward-Belmont Finishing School. She was a tour guide for Seyferts Foods for 10 years, retiring in 1984.
Surviving are her daughters, Kay Barbara Allman of Fort Wayne and Susan Michael McMillen of Chicago, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service is 11 a.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6600 Covington Road. Preferred memorials to Cancer Services of Allen County. Arrangements by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne.
