Services for Lucille Rosenmeier, 90, of East Moline, will be 9 a.m. Saturday at Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline, at a later date. Visitation will be 3-6 p.m. Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with a liturgy service held at 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to Believers Together or Misericordia.

Mrs. Rosenmeier died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2001, at Illini Hospital, Silvis.

Lucille McGovern was born June 13, 1911, in Chicago, the daughter of Luke and Catherine (Reynolds) McGovern. She lived in Ireland for several years as a girl. She married John Rosenmeier June 10, 1932, in Chicago. He died Jan. 24, 1992.

She had worked as a secretary at A.B. Dick. She enjoyed travel, her many bridge clubs, senior citizen activities, reading and needlework. She was an active member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Chet Doyle, East Moline, and Joan and Robert Welton, Annapolis, Md.; grandsons, Patrick and John Doyle, and Griffith and Hugh Welton. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
