"William W. Adams, 72, of Firestone Park, died Feb. 19, 1993. Born in Akron {sic}, he was a lifetime resident of the area. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from Bellows Sign Company after 44 years of service. He was a member of the I.B.E.W. Local 306, Springfield Senior Citizens, and American Legion Post 209. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie; father, William; and brother, Robert; and is survived by wife of 46 years, Bonnie; son-and daughter-in-law... brother and sister-in-law, Aaron P. and Agnes Adams of Akron; grandchildren... nephews... niece... cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Cormany; and several other cousins; and very dear friends, Mr. and Mrs. John Kushnir, and Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Allgood. Calling hours will be Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Schermesser Funeral Home, 1446 S. Main St. Funeral service will be Tuesday, 11 a.m., at the funeral home, with Dr. Dennis L. Hartman officiating. Interment East Liberty Cemetery."
