A service to celebrate his life will be held Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 4pm at Naval Station Norfolk Chapel, 1630 Morris Street, Norfolk, VA 23511. The family will be receiving friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home tonight from 6 – 8 pm. Burial will take place at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
