She was the daughter of Newburn Stacey Huggins and Flora Jane Daniels Huggins, and was the wife of Douglas Bradford Driggers. For many years she taught Sunday school at Latta Baptist Church and was a member of the Golden Jubilee Choir.
She was survived by a son and a daughter, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Huggins, Stacy Huggins, and Rembert Hardy Huggins; and by her sisters, Nellie Huggins, Linnie Huggins Cook, Aline Huggins Dean, and Julia Huggins Bracey.
