GEORGE R. ALDERMAN; THE ARCADIAN;

George R Alderman, father if Mrs. M. J. Pittman of this city, died at the family home in Bowling Green on Sunday night, Sept. 29, 1929, following an illness of about five years. He was a native of Thomasville Ga., and was 79 years old. The family home was at Punta Gorda for several years, but for the past eleven years had been at Bowling Green. Funeral services were held at Bowling Green and burial was in the cemetery there. Deceased is survived by his widow and by six daughters, as follows; Mrs. H. L. Waters of Lake Placid, Mrs. H. L. Ralls of Tampa, Mrs. J. R Earnest of Bradenton, Mrs. T. A. Earnest of Punta Gorda, Mrs. J. M. Garnto of Brandon, and Mrs. Pittman of this city. All members of the family attended the funeral excepting Mrs Earnest of Punta Gorda, who has been quite ill for some time.
