Funeral services and burial for Jack B. King [Forrest Benjamin King], 37, who died Saturday in his home. 2627 E. Watkins Rd., will be In Oklahoma City, A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary announced.

Born in Durant, Okla., he came to Phoenix' nine years ago. A carpenter, he was employed by the Hays Roofing Co. A member of Carpenters, Union No, 1069, he was a World war II veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Carrie B., two sisters in Oklahoma, and a brother in Illinois.
