"PROCTOR, Mrs. Ada Ruth -- age 68, Powell, Route 3, died at 8:40 p.m. Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Alma Henderson, after a lingering illness. She was a member of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church of Morristown. Survivors: son, Lloyd N. Sherman, Miami, Fla.; daughters, Mrs. A. B. Cassady, Powell, Mrs. Alma Henderson, Powell, Mrs. Charles R. McDaniel, Miami Fla.; sisters, Mrs. S. J. Marshall, Mrs. Mary Rippetoe, Mrs. Nannie Hurley, Miss Pauline Talley, Morristown; 16 grandchildren; nine-great-grandchildren. The body will remain at Weaver's where the family will receive friends 7 to p. m. Saturday and Sunday. Funeral services at 2:30 p. m. Monday at Weaver's Chapel. Interment Bishopville Cemetery. The body remains at Weaver Funeral Home, 3930 Oak Ridge Highway at West Haven, in charge."
