SOUTH BEND - Anna K. Heilman, 82, of 30th Street, died at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mrs. Heilman was born Dec. 11, 1913, in Berrien County. On Nov. 17, 1929, in South Bend, as Anna Reitz, she married William P. Heilman. He died June 7, 1980. She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Weesner of South Bend; two sons, John of Granger and Dean of South Bend; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Alex Wright of Baroda and Raymond Wright of Elkhart. A son, William D., died in 1988.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 1201 S. Michigan St. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
