Born in Washington, DC in 1913, she was a daughter of the late Robert P. and Katie E. (Bossler) Strouse.
She was employed as a seamstress, prior to becoming a homemaker.
Mrs. Fenner was member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Souderton. She was also a member of Generations of Indian Valley, the Harleysville Senior Citizens, and the Ladies' Auxiliary of the American Legion Warren Royer Post #234 in Souderton.
She was survived by a son-in-law, Leon D. Erdman of Telford, three grandchildren: Robert Erdman of Sellersville, Christopher Erdman and his wife Audrey of Quakertown, and Shannon Erdman Gansner and her husband Josh of Morgantown, seven great-grandchildren: Chandler, Connor, Zachary, and Zoey Erdman and Cohen, Seth, and Lincoln Gansner. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharlene Fenner Erdman who died in 1991.
Graveside Services were held on Friday, April 4, 2014 in the Laureldale Cemetery, Reading, PA.
