J. Karl Crabb, 97, of Clarksburg, died 12:16 A.M. Wednesday, May 21, 1997, at his home following a lingering
illness.
He was born October 21, 1899, in Ross County, the son of Albin and Rose Corkwell Crabb. On January 2, 1967,
he was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Lucille Wilkin. On April 3, 1971, Kerl married Wilma Rowe
Hannawalt, who survives.
Also surviving are three step-sons; six step-grandchildren; one brother, Kenneth Crabb, Clarksburg; and several
nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, F. Karlene; five sisters; and one
brother.
Karl was a retired farmer. He was a member of Clarksburg United Methodist Church, Clarksburg Grange, and was
a fifty year member of Frankfort Lodge 309, Free & Accepted Masons.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Friday at Fisher-Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort with Rev.
Mark Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home
Thursday 5-8 P.M. where Masonic services will be held at 8 P.M.
