NOTE: still working on the EXACT DATE of death.. but the 1870 census was enumerated August 19, 1870. so they passed after that day at least.
The year of birth matches the 1850 census but not the 1870 census, that census they are both 73, which means they were both born 1797.. There is no way that this could be a different family too many matches...
