Wellington Leader December 4, 1986

The R.L. Maberys were notified of the death of his brother Harley Mabery, November 15 in Long Beach, California and of his brother-in-law, Jack Birch in Sacraments, CA November 16.

Jack Birch was born in Chisholm, Minnesota in 1904, the son of Finnish immigrants, Mary and Alexander Birch. He was a retail merchang many years. Later he worked for and retired from Bruner's Furniture in Sacramento. He was a musician and held a life membership in the Musicians Union, Local 112 for the past fifty years.

He was married to Mildred Mabery March 18, 1946, in Reno, Nevada. He is survived by his wife, one son, John W., two sisters, two brothers, and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at the A.J. Nicoletti Funeral Chapel, November 21 with interment in East lawn Cemetery, Sacrament.
