Lori Jane Duvall, infant daughter of Gerald and Mary Krejcarek Duvall, of 3132 Mishicot Road, Two Rivers, born and died, Friday November 11, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
Funeral services were 10 a.m. this Wednesday morning. The Rev. Robert Sladek officiated with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Survivors include her parents; a brother, Jeremy at home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Alice Duvall of Manitowoc; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Nobia Krejcarek of Manitowoc; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Eva Domnitz of Two Rivers.
Deja Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, is in charge of arrangements.
