Ruth M. Moser, 72, of 400 E. Reed Avenue, Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning, July 5, 1989 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9:30 am Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Presiding at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. William Zimmer with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Moser was born July 27, 1916 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late George and Mary Vogel Carle Hrabik. She married Kenneth F. Moser on January 7, 1932 in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death June 9, 1984.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ronald and Janet Moser of Manitowoc, Jeffrey Moser of Greenfield, Wisconsin; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rosemary (Ginger) and James Tomczyk of Neenah, Ann and Charles Baierl of Green Bay; two brothers, George and Russell Hrabik, both of Manitowoc; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mrs. Arthur (Dorothy) Popp of Milwaukee, Mary Ann and Leonard Maedke of Manitowoc; 14 grandchildren, Todd Tomczyk, Laura Peterson, Scott, James, Mark and Sara Tomczyk, Gary Moser, Greg Moser, Lynn Barnowsky, Jill and Cindy Konopacki; two step grandchildren, Scott and Angelynn Baierl; five great grandchildren, Sara and Meghan Peterson, Ross Tomczyk, Karleen Moser, Kelsey Barnowsky; two step great grandchildren, Rhonda and Amanda Gosz; one niece, three nephews and other relatives and friends survive.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, 5 pm to 9 pm Thursday. Prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm led by Rev. William Zimmer. The family requests memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
