JOHNSON, FRANKLIN CLAY (Age 82)
On Saturday, January 1, 2000, of Rockville,MD. He retired from Bell Atlantic Telephone Co., formerly C&P after 41 years, beloved husband of Carolee Johnson, loving brother of Glenn and Theron Johnson and Dolly Edwards. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Pumphrey’s Colonial Funeral Home, 300 W Montgomery Ave (Route 28, just off (-270), Rockville, MD of Wednesday January 5, from 7 to 9 pm, where service will be held on Thursday, January 6, at 1 pm. Interment Rockville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 839-E Quince Orchard Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
