Ruth Ellen Kelly, 74, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died, Friday, April 11, 2014 in Fort Smith.
She was retired from ABF and Yellow Freight Transportation. She was a member of St. Paul Methodist Church and an avid photographer.
She was born July 16, 1939, in Altus, Arkansas, to Bill and Ruth Mahan Parkinson.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Nichols Chapel Cemetery in Altus, with Rev. Geral Holloway officiating, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with visitation with family on Tuesday evening at Shaffer Funeral Home.
She was survived by her husband, two daughters, one son, and his wife, two sisters, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
